COME AND GO AS YOU NEED
A message from Kathy:
I would love to engage in intentional physical practice with the Earth with others. I've always dreamed of silent group walking meditation from the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. This is a more free-style offering inviting us to be with whatever movement and pace feels right to connect more deeply to our presence. Slow walking, sitting with our breath, arm movements, stretching, etc.
With support from the bell, which I will ring periodically, and the ground, the grass, the birds, the trees, the sun, the wind, the past, the future, unseen beings, I hope we find opportunity to reflect, pause, know more deeply our interconnectedness, find gratitude, experience compassion, feel support for our heartbreak, or meditate on the mystery of vibration and awareness.
May this practice restore our courage and nourishment to show up for what we care deeply about.
Another option is to practice at home at the same time!
